Contact Centre API
Contact Centre API is an HTTP-based JSON API for the Puzzel Contact Centre platform.
The API provides functionality such as:
- Real-time queue and agent statistics
- Archive search and call detail retrieval
- Anonymization of personal data
Authentication Required
All endpoints require Puzzel ID authentication and appropriate customer permissions.

Note: Access tokens issued by the legacy Auth Service are still accepted and validated.
API Base URIs
Depending on which area your customer belongs to, the API base address is different. Use the base URI that applies to your region for all API calls.
Default (Norway):
